About Us

Who we are

We help homeowners deal with moisture problems in the places most people rarely look: attics, basements and crawlspaces. Rochester winters, snow and humid summers are hard on houses, and we see the results every week.

Our approach is simple. We look for the cause first, explain what we find in plain language, and put the plan and the price in writing before any work starts.

How we work

• Find the source of the moisture before recommending any work.
• Protect the rest of your home while the work is done.
• Give you a clear written scope and estimate.
• Coordinate with other trades when a repair needs one.
• Show you the finished work before we leave.
